Role Overview
They are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with at least 3 years’ experience in either:
- Permanent recruitment (360) across Professional Services or Healthcare
- Temporary / Contract recruitment (180) in Business Development or Delivery
This is a high‑impact role within a lean, high‑performing team. The successful candidate will take ownership of client development, candidate management, and revenue generation within their specialism.
Key Responsibilities
Permanent Recruitment (360):
- Manage a full 360 desk across Financial Services, Accounting, Legal, IT, and Healthcare
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive business development
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, managing processes, and securing offers
- Manage existing accounts while continuously developing new business opportunities
- Achieve revenue targets with fees typically ranging from $15K–$50K
Temporary / Contract Recruitment (180):
- Focus on either Business Development or Delivery within Professional Services or Healthcare
- Generate weekly GP (target range $5K–$7K)
- Manage temp‑to‑perm and contract placements
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Recruiters depending on desk setup
- Maintain strong candidate or client relationships with urgency and process discipline
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum 3+ years recruitment experience (perm 360 or temp 180)
- Proven track record in Professional Services, Finance, Accounting, Legal, IT, or Healthcare recruitment
- Experience managing revenue targets (fees, spreads, weekly GP)
- Ability to thrive in a structured, KPI‑driven environment
- Strong business development and client‑facing skills
- High financial motivation, resilience, and ambition for leadership
Candidates with experience in Banking, Financial Services, Big 4 consulting, Healthcare, or Tri‑State area markets are strongly encouraged to apply.
Compensation & Incentives
Permanent (360):
- Base salary $70K–$80K
- Commission begins immediately upon first placement
- 45%–55% commission structure
- High performers can exceed $1M+ annual revenue
Temporary / Contract (180):
- Base salary + commission
- Weekly GP targets ($5K–$7K)
- High achievers in Healthcare can exceed $20K weekly GP
