We source our candidates through a variety of channels, carefully creating a shortlist based on our clients' requirements.
Our initial telephone interview enables us to get to know the candidates and their career aspirations. We then focus on their skills and experience, and how that matches up to the needs of our clients.
For candidates that we feel are potentially suited to our clients we then invite them to undertake a video interview, enabling us to hone in on specific details but also enabling the candidates to showcase their personality on video.
The final step is to submit the candidate's CV to our clients alongside a short recording of the video interview. As a hiring manager, a lot of time is wasted sitting in first stage interviews knowing within 5 minutes that a candidate isn't suitable, but still having to sit through the full interview. This reduces the need for that to happen.
