First thing's first, we want to get to know you! So we'll have a phone call so we can do just that! We want to understand your background, your skills and experience, your career aspirations and what you're looking for from a new role.
We Give You Options
We discuss a number of different agencies with you that we're working with, to see where we both think would be a good fit for you. We aim to present you with multiple options, so you can do your research and see who matches up to what you're looking for.
You Showcase Yourself
Before presenting you to a client, we like to use our recruitment video platform to conduct either a 1-way or 2-way interview with you, to enable you to showcase your personality to clients. We're passionate about being not just another recruitment agency sending CV's, we want to show clients as much of your personality as possible, to increase your chances of securing an interview!
We Secure You Interviews... Multiple!
Once we've discussed the options you like the look of, it's down to us to get to work! We tell our clients all about how good you are and aim to secure you multiple interviews. We will then manage you through this process, making sure you're prepared at every stage and giving you as much information as you need to go into the interviews full of confidence!
We Present You With Offers
After you've no doubt worked your magic in the interview stage, we hope to then be able to present you with multiple job offers for you to choose from. You'll probably have a pretty good idea of your preference by this stage, but we'll of course be on hand to give you any advice should you need it.
