Following two years playing cricket in Australia after graduating university, Adam embarked on his first role in IT recruitment. Adam was the top biller within the company within three years before hiring and developing a team of his own, sharing first-hand knowledge and experience of how to progress in the recruitment industry.

Away from work, Adam loves cricket and golf, and can regularly be found in the Stretford End at Old Trafford, watching his beloved Manchester United!

With a background in running events Jamie began his recruitment career with no prior experience. Within three years, he had built a successful Digital Marketing recruitment agency operating across multiple continents. A skilled negotiator who leaves no stone unturned, Jamie takes great pride in giving impartial career advice and always wanting the best for his candidates.

In his free time, Jamie enjoys dining out, socialising with friends, and seeing the world!

Having travelled the world playing cricket (with a fair bit of golf in between), Chris recently transitioned into the world of Sales. After cutting his teeth as a BDM for an IT company, he then moved into a part-time Graduate Recruitment role with Pareto. 

Chris joined AT Talent as their first ever employee! He focuses on both entry level and experienced Recruiters across London and Manchester. 

Aside from Cricket and Golf, in his spare time Chris enjoys landing planes on Microsoft flight simulator (incredibly weird, we know!)

Lauren has a background in theatre having taught youth theatre and also drama workshops in prisons. She 'fell into recruitment' as most do and is fairly new to Rec2Rec but absolutely loves it. She really enjoys building strong relationships with candidates and clients and is excited to strengthen these relationships in her new role at AT talent. 

She's currently training for a marathon so outside of work you'll catch her running through Manchester or stretching out the pain in a yoga studio. She's also a bit of a foodie so always keen to hear a restaurant recommendation!
