Following two years playing cricket in Australia after graduating university, Adam embarked on his first role in IT recruitment. Adam was the top biller within the company within three years before hiring and developing a team of his own, sharing first-hand knowledge and experience of how to progress in the recruitment industry.

Away from work, Adam loves cricket and golf, and can regularly be found in the Stretford End at Old Trafford, watching his beloved Manchester United!

Having travelled the world playing cricket (with plenty of golf in between), Chris swapped the Cricket pitch for the world of sales. He began as a BDM for an IT company before moving into a part-time delivery role with Pareto & Randstad.

Chris joined AT Talent as our very first hire and now specialises in placing senior recruitment professionals across London.

When he’s not working, you’ll usually find him on the cricket pitch, the golf course, or rather unusually, landing planes on Microsoft Flight Simulator.

Lauren has a background in theatre having taught youth theatre and also drama workshops in prisons. She 'fell into recruitment' as most do and is fairly new to Rec2Rec but absolutely loves it. She really enjoys building strong relationships with candidates and clients and is excited to strengthen these relationships in her new role at AT talent. 

She's currently training for a marathon so outside of work you'll catch her running through Manchester or stretching out the pain in a yoga studio. She's also a bit of a foodie so always keen to hear a restaurant recommendation!

Holly comes from an Events, Hospitality and Sales background, and previously ran her own Events business. She's worked in Membership Sales and even worked in Ibiza selling Yacht Charters. 

More recently, Holly has been working in hospitality as a Senior Host for Fenix in Manchester, and is now looking to utilise all of her past experiences to help her transition into the world of Recruitment!

Outside of work, Holly is into yoga and wellbeing, travel, music events and trying out new foodie spots.
