About the Role
They are seeking a Principal Recruiter / Executive Search Consultant to play a pivotal role in expanding the Financial Systems recruitment practice across North America. This is a senior, individual contributor position requiring a proven track record in ERP, EPM, Analytics, SaaS, Cybersecurity, or Renewables/Sustainability recruitment.
The successful candidate will deliver both revenue and quality outcomes through strong client relationships, consistent billings, and leadership by example.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Source, pitch, and win new mandates across Finance Systems (ERP, EPM, Analytics), SaaS, Cybersecurity, and Renewables/Sustainability.
- Build and expand relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Grow existing accounts while opening new client opportunities.
Delivery & Execution
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, placing candidates, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Operate in a 360 capacity, balancing sales and delivery.
Performance & Targets
- Consistently meet or exceed senior billing targets (multi‑hundred thousand USD annually).
- Drive efficiency and optimise deal cycles (typically 4–5 weeks).
Team Mentorship & Culture Building
- Mentor junior consultants, share best practices, and raise performance standards.
- Contribute to a culture of authenticity, humility, and continuous improvement.
Strategic Contribution
- Support growth strategy by scaling operations, improving processes, and exploring new geographies or sectors.
Candidate Profile
Experience Level:
- 5–7+ years in recruitment, ideally within Financial Systems / ERP / EPM / data/analytics or related sectors.
Track Record:
- Demonstrated high‑yield billing (e.g., US$150K–200K+ annually).
- Strong evidence of revenue achievements in prior roles.
Profile Attributes:
- Experienced individual contributor at Senior Consultant or Billing Manager level.
- Strong communicator, persuasive with both clients and candidates.
