This agency are on the lookout for several Graduate Recruitment Consultants to join their next intake in their new office in Manchester City Centre!
With regular fees in the region of £15,000 - £40,000 and commission paying up to 50%, their consultants are able to significantly enhance their earning potential by recruiting for some of the most in-demand technical skills in the world! They’ve come a long way in 7 years and yet they’re just at the start of their journey. They have big plans and they want hungry, driven, ambitious individuals to join them on it.
The role
From day one you’ll be enrolled into their 3-month training programme, ran by their in-house Talent & Development Manager & Directors who have a wealth of experience as top-level recruitment consultants. They’ll give you continued support, training, coaching and every necessary recruitment tool to ensure you reach your potential, fast-track your career and earn huge levels of commission along the way with their industry-leading commission scheme!
No two days are ever the same. You’ll be involved in the full 360 recruitment lifecycle from generating your own client base, meeting clients, and engraving yourself in the tech community, through to sourcing requirements and finding your candidates their dream job!
